Strain the curd : To make this quick dessert recipe, just take a large bowl and take a muslin cloth, spread it around a vessel and add the curd, squeeze out the water from the curd. Take a large tray and keep this cloth containing curd on it and place a heavy bowl. Refrigerate overnight.

Whisk the curd and rose essence : Take a bowl and add the chilled curd from the muslin cloth. Next, add in rose syrup, honey, rose essence, rose petals and whisk it all together, till it attains a nice creamy thick texture.

Freeze and serve chilled : Place the dessert in serving bowls, garnish with rose petals and freeze. Serve chilled!
